When it comes to creating the art of cuisine; Chef Jay Aaron's passion has always revolved around creating the most elegant delectable dishes while entertaining others. Hailing from Carson, California; the son of a monarch of amazing family chefs he found his purpose early in life. Often working alongside his mother and father at their catering company. Its no wonder his love for cooking grew from childhood. He regularly prepared meals for friends & family at a very young age.

In 2010, Chef Jay completed his formal culinary education at Cerritos School of Culinary Arts with additional Studies in the Professional Pastry Program. From that period he continued to perfect his craft in various positions within the Culinary Industry to enchance his value as a Chef.

After well over 10 years in the Culinary Industry; By 2017 Chef Jay created his own lane starting his Black Owned catering company Les Saveurs (The Flavors) Catering. He is continuing his passion preparing food for a variety clients to include celebrities, close friends, and family.

Outside of Chef Jay’s craft he enjoys time with God, family, & friends. As well as traveling around the globe to gain fresh inspiration on creating new dishes. Taking time out from his business allows him to continue to cater to any client's individual needs. Always with Chef Jay you’re in Good Hands.
